My wife Tracey and I share a blended family.  I have three children and a stepson. My daughter graduated from the University of North Alabama and is an elementary school teacher. My twin sons are students at the University of Alabama. My stepson graduated from The University of the South at Sewanee and Kings College, London and resides in London.

I have lived and worked in Huntsville my entire life, aside from time away at college or law school, and my family has lived and worked here for over two hundred years. I know the area, the people, and the places intimately. I've practiced law at the same address for more than twenty-five years now.

My Background

My goal as a lawyer is to be 100% honest and provide excellent client counsel.  When you hire me to work for you, you will talk to me, not a secretary or an inexperienced lawyer waiting on bar results. I make a special point of returning phone calls, responding to email messages, and keeping clients up to date on developments in their case. I often stay in contact with former clients for many years after their cases have resolved and find that some of my best referrals come from those satisfied clients.
